No nearby neighbors. The property is nestled between the mountain and the sea, with no other houses nearby. It is completely surrounded by nature - trees, bushes, rocks, and the sandy beach to the front. There is no better place to relax, read a book, and spend some tranquil days.

Private and Direct Beach Access

The property has direct access to the beach below with a beautiful staircase carved on the mountainside. The stairs are decorated with stones and shells from the beach, and lovely maritime ropes and fences make up the way down. The nearest access to this beach below has to be made walking from the nearest village of Murtinheira (20min), so it is very likely to have the beach just to yourself!

Unique Views

These are probably amongst the best ocean views in the world. The property is situated on a cape (Cabo Mondego), so you have a +180º of Seaview around you. The ocean is so captivating that we sometimes forget to look at the amazing rock formations the mountain also has to offer.

The barbecue and exterior dining area features a large table and benches for up to 12 people, creating an environment suited for meals, relaxation, or social gatherings. The expansive garden and the layout of the terraces provide ample opportunity for sunbathing. For culinary activities, there is a barbecue station with a sink, facilitating outdoor cooking and food preparation.
