The Balcony House was first built to accommodate more family and friends who would come and visit us.

Today, it has been converted into a fully independent house with 50 sqm and a beautiful 30 sqm balcony made from exotic Brazilian wood. It is the perfect house for a couple, however, it can accommodate up to 5 guests, with 1 bedroom, 1 living room with a sofa-bed and an extra single bed. It also has an equipped open kitchen with a dining area.

The Balcony House features a spacious and wide balcony offering stunning views of the sea and the beach. This space includes a dining area, perfect for reading, practicing yoga, or just unwinding to the soothing sound of the waves.
